Yes. Use the disease multiselects, Rhythm and Baseline vitals controls to construct a teaching state, then add interventions. This uses the local model rather than a GPT-generated case.
The prepared teaching Cases remain authored stage-based examples. Search Pathology selects existing conditions; it does not interpret a free-text patient case.
There is no user-facing saved-scenario library or patient-data import workflow documented in this version. Record the chosen settings separately if you need to recreate a lesson.
