Overview
Successful aortic, mitral and tricuspid replacement examples display a generic tissue prosthesis. TAVI uses a stent frame. Leaflets follow the appropriate cardiac phase.
Impella 2.5, CP and 5.0 appear across the aortic valve in long axis, with a ventricular inlet, an aortic outlet and continuous flow particles when Colour flow is on. Weak or absent native contraction does not stop device-driven flow.
Auto selects the relevant plane. Choose four-chamber for mitral/tricuspid valves or long axis for the aortic valve and Impella. A device caption identifies active devices; a View device button returns to Auto. Images are schematic, not positioning guidance.
