Select severe aortic stenosis or HOCM, enable LV / Ao pullback and use its PVC demonstration control. Compare the premature beat, pause and subsequent ventricular/aortic response.
The Brockenbrough–Braunwald–Morrow control highlights the post-PVC beat with labelled LV/aortic peaks and before–after values. The fixed-AS comparison has a different response; combined AS/HOCM can mask the aortic pulse-pressure fall.
This is a teaching sequence tied to the pullback. It is distinct from choosing ventricular bigeminy as the ongoing rhythm.
