Open Clinical controls → Baseline vitals → Rhythm and choose Idioventricular Rhythm. The rate and atrial/ventricular timing follow this rhythm’s model.
Regular wide ventricular complexes with independent atria at 83 bpm. The rate range spans ventricular escape and accelerated idioventricular rhythm; forward flow depends on rate and the underlying condition.
The disease state remains active. Disease morphology, treatment and temporary pacing can modify the displayed result; use the effective rate and the current twelve-lead read.
