Overview
In Clinical controls, expand Baseline vitals, then open Rhythm. The menu groups sinus/atrial, conduction, ventricular and paced patterns. The full rhythm directory is also indexed in this help library.
Selecting a rhythm sets its default rate and timing model. You can then adjust Ventricular rate; interventions and temporary pacing may change the effective result.
A rhythm choice changes electrical timing and the modeled hemodynamic consequences. Disease-related ECG morphology is a separate layer, so a condition can alter the ECG while the rhythm remains sinus.
